5 SYARAT PERMOHONAN GMP

  1. Premis perlu berdaftar dengan Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia
  2. Premis perlu berlesen dengan Piahk Berkuasa Tempatan dan kelulusan dari agensi kerajaan yang lain kecuali bagi premis yang diselenggara oleh Kerajaan
  3. Premis perlu berdaftar dengan Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) Kecuali premis yang diselenggara oleh Kerajaan.
  4. Sistem GMP perlu dilaksanakan sekurang-kurangnya tiga (3) bulan sebelum permohonan
  5. Premis makanan perlu mematuhi undang-undang dan peraturan yang berkaitan di Malaysia.
