KILANG PEMPROSESAN AYAM

Site visit ke kilang yang nak mohon Halal bagi kilang pemprosesan ayam. Antara langkah pertama dalam proses halal coaching adalah Gap Analysis Audit untuk semak dokumen yang perlu ditambah baik dan juga khidmat nasihat dari segi susun atur premis.

Penting untuk pastikan syarikat berada di bawah kategori yang betul. Adakah ketegori mikro, kecil atau sederhana dan besar? Untuk ini perlu rujuk semula penyata kewangan syarikat.

Kalau salah kategori nanti akan mengebabkan salah dari segi dokumentasi dan keperluan mengikut Manual Prosedur Prosedur Pensijilan Halal (Mpphm) tu nanti.
