This program is suitable for employees, entrepreneurs, food handlers, and individuals who wish to improve their understanding of Halal practices in accordance with the Manual Prosedur Pensijilan Halal Malaysia (MPPHM 2020).
Food Handler Training is also conducted weekly to help food businesses comply with the Food Hygiene Regulations 2009 under the Ministry of Health Malaysia (KKM/MOH).
This training ensures that food handlers understand essential hygiene practices, food safety procedures, and proper food handling techniques to prevent contamination and protect consumer health.
Halal Competency Training is conducted monthly to equip Halal Committee members and Halal personnel with the knowledge and skills required to manage Halal compliance within their organizations according to MHMS 2020 guidelines.
Participants will gain practical knowledge in Halal documentation, Halal critical control points, ingredient verification, and internal monitoring systems required for Halal certification
Our GMP and HACCP training programs are also conducted monthly to help food manufacturers and food businesses understand and implement structured food safety management systems based on MS 1514 (GMP) and MS 1480 (HACCP) standards.
These programs focus on practical implementation, documentation development, and preparation for food safety certification audits.
